- "Distributor" — an authorized business or individual granted the right to distribute Al-Furat products in a designated region.
- "Customer" — any individual or business purchasing Products through the Website or our authorized channels.

You agree to use our Website lawfully and not to:

4. Orders & Payments
Orders may be placed via WhatsApp or any other channel we officially publish. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

- Payment terms will be defined per order or per agreed contract (cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other accepted methods).

5. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on your region and order volume. Estimated delivery windows are provided on request or at confirmation.
- Delivery is available across Pakistan through our regional offices and authorized distributors.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate address and contact details.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may incur re-delivery charges.
6. Returns & Refunds
We take quality seriously. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging where feasible.
- Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion after verification of the issue.
- Returns are not accepted for products damaged after delivery or consumed in part.
7. Distribution Agreements
Applications to become an Al-Furat distributor are reviewed at our discretion. Submitting an application does not create a binding distributor agreement.
- Al-Furat operates an exclusive regional model with a maximum of five (5) authorized distributors per region.
- Distributor responsibilities, marketing team authorization, payment terms, and territory definitions are set out in the formal distributor agreement.
- Either party may terminate the distribution agreement per the notice provisions in the signed contract.
- Breach of brand guidelines, quality standards, or territory rules may lead to suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including the Al-Furat name, logo, packaging, product photography, illustrations, text, and design — is the exclusive property of Al-Furat Mineral Water / Bentayga Enterprises, and is protected under the laws of Pakistan and applicable international intellectual property laws.
- Trademarks are registered with the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO).
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of our brand identity without prior written permission.
- Authorized distributors are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for promotional use only.
